Atlas basically reiterated what I often say:

It's a slap in the ****ing face to fans, as well as your opponent, when you show up looking like the BF Goodrich Tire dude. Why ****ing bother showing up if you're not going to train at all? It pisses me off, tuning into a fight and seeing a lard-ass in the ring.
