Cotto fights boxers others won't. He's far from being a *****. Good God, where do some of these people come from. Cotto also has the option of coming in @ 146-147, paying the fine, and sending pac flying out of the ring. He was 146 for the Clottey fight. He could have quit and won on the scorecards cuz of the hedbutt cut that took 28 stitches, but choose to finish the fight. And he won it, thou, just barely...does that sound like a *****? Unreal.Last edited by jazluvr; 11-10-2009, 07:20 PM.Comment

lol... Some people are already getting nervous with only a few days remaining before the rumble.
I doubt Miguel is below 147 right now. He's gonna drain the day before the weigh-in then balloon back up on fight night. If he goes up near 160 than he's gonna be slower than how he looked in in his training vids and will be a sitting duck for the most agile opponent he's ever faced. He and his team better know what they're doing and what they're up against. It will be interesting to see his fighting weight on the 14th.Comment

This isn't a modeling event where looks have anything to do with anything - Its what happens on SATURDAY.Comment

Expect the weight drain issues to get worse on the weigh-in because Pac would look filled up coming from 140 in contrast to Cotto who would look like a prune like any other legit welter trying to make the weight. They'll make a big deal out of a single pound less than what he usually weighs in.Comment
