I really like to see a MAB vs Pacman II just to erase the notion that MAB had a bad night, off night, understimated Pacman, etc. However, the chances are getting slim as the fight with Erik comes near. He looks like a loser already because of his failure to show up at their presscon.

Where the hell do u say MAB KD'ed Morales? It wasnt even a legit knockdown there wasnt even a punch when Morales went down, it was a push with Barrera's hip. He obviously respects his power, right after their fight Barrera started boxing from the outside against everyone, his first fight with his new style (right after Morales bout) he was asked why he had changed his style he said "I've noticed that i been taking too many punches". Second bout it was Barrera running through most of the fight. It's only obvious.

A big question is: IS THIS GOING TO BE A BOXING MATCH OR A NON-STOP BRAWL???

They both hate each other so much... hope its a straight brawl - Morales wins.

These factors will all work against him as Barrera will offset this aggression with angles and great counter punching in the first half of the fight. He will outbox Morales in the early rounds wearing EM down and battling with him toe to toe in the latter rounds pulling out a UD. BELIEVE IT!

P.S Eric gets stank eye after every fight! lol.

          WAR BARRERA!!

Morales will win. Here's why brotha:

Morales just read your post. hahahaha LOL

Seriously, he's smart enough not to let his warrior's brawling instinct take over. I see him boxing from the outside, keeping Barrera at a safe distance at the end of his stiff jab, frustrating him, and when MAB comes in....boom! the right hand.

          Morales wins..

Yeah but he almost went down before that if it wasn't to the ropes. ha.. ha.. and that's how smart boxer like MAB comprehend with the experience he got. You change your style and mature. It is by learning through your experience and not that he is afraid of Morales power or respect that. That's a total crap. He was right when he said his taking too many chances and he changed his style. This means you can't win a fight by just brawling or standing toe to toe with an opponent. It is how you outwit them or if you still can't understand - "IT IS BY USING YOUR HEAD".

Thats exactly it, so you think he was winning in the second fight those rounds he was running away in, he was basically giving the rounds away to Morales.

MAB was already a very technically sound fighter, the reason why so many shots hit him in his first fight against Morales was cus Morales was relentless he was throwing 70 - 80 punches a round. It wasnt because his technique was wrong.. had his technique been wrong MAB would have won the second fight lopsidedly because Morales didnt change a thing from their first fight to the second.

i think the morales kd was legit. barrera hit him with double left hooks, to the body then the head and collapsed shortly after. morales knocked barrera down in the 2nd fight with a vicious straight right to the body. much cleaner knockdown but for some reason not scored

There you said it. It means MAB is a smart boxer. He won the 2nd bout because he changed his style and learn. I say MAB is smarter than Morales but with this fight all I can say is that they both have 50-50 chance. It's up to Bob Arum if he can pull a miracle just like Pacquiao vs. JMM.

I don't think that just because he said that means that he respects Morales' power all that much. The first match was hell and both fighters came out battered and bruised. I'm sure there was concerns on his part specially with the whole operation (metal plate in his head). If he really respected Morales' power exclusively, he would only box against EM and EM alone and would still go to war against anybodyelse. But no, he changed his fighting style, more for self preservation in my opinion, not because Morales' power haunted him for the rest of his career. If anything, he should respect Junior Jones' and Pacquiao's power more than Morales', because these two boxers put the hurt on him more than Erik did.
