Senior is an expert in boxing and conditioning.He boxed professionally for years then became a trainer.When He told delahoya to drop those ****** conditioning coaches cause they werent doing **** and that he would get him in good shape and Delahoya was able to box steve forbes for twelve rounds without getting tired cause Senior took over the job of conditioning.
