Mosley,Clottey,Quintana & every other fighter that Cotto has beaten!!Remember Cotto is #2 at welterweight for a reason,that reason is also questionable!!The Oscar that fought against Pacman would have probably been put to sleep by all the mentioned fighters!!Pacman did look great against Hatton though!!

Pacman was an effective jww!!But the win over Oscar didn't really show how effective he is at welterweight!!I give him full credit for that win because he wasn't supposed to beat the Bigger Oscar period!!At the end of this fight on Saturday,I believe Pacman will be the beaten fighter,but he will still be higher than Cotto on the atg list,but Saturday belongs to the Rican,believe it!!God bless them both!!

Pac is a top 10 ATG!!! You can't compare him to Cotto, Mosley, Quintana, Clottey. You're talking about a Once in a lifetime Fighter. He defies common Logic!!
