What the hell you are talking about. It is in the best interest of the fighter to have his best preparation possible along with his full time trainer. The only reason Evangelista Cotto is not in Cotto's corner is because he didn't want to move to Tampa because he wanted to dedicate time to his other boxers. He had to choose from being with Cotto or being with his other boxers for that period of time and he made his decisions and Cotto made his by firing him and that's when hell broke and they fought being Evangelista who threw the 1st punch.
The fact is that moving to Tampa is the best thing Cotto has done because he can be away from all the distractions and partying habits in Puerto Rico and Evangelista didn't buy in to that becasue of his personal interest. I'm one that would like to see Evangelista instead of Joe in the corner but not under the conditions of animosity that they were having. It was like a time bomb, ready to explode. The only "mal agradecido" here was Evangelista because he was and employee for Cotto who could had been fired long time ago but Cotto kept him even though it was well known that were not getting along.
