Stamina.....for sure but I don't see a ko happening here either. Pascal does not apply enough pressure and trying to box Chad is just not going to work......there is a huge gap in the level of skill though Pascal has talent.

Am I crazy to favor Pascal over Dawson?...I mean, I know Dawson has the superior skill...but I think Pascal has the speed and balls to take it to Dawson...and it's not like Dawson has a whole lot of power...what you guys think?

ya ur crazy ... it may have competitive rds but daswon is clearly in a class above pascal

he also has a great chin and stamina ... and overall really athletic. but i still dont give him much chance. i think it could have the makings of a good fight tho, cause pascal should apply alotta pressure and like u said has good power and speed. hope it happens, but i think dawson would be the heavy favorite and rightfully so ...

i like him but i think if he were really an underrated boxer he woulda beat froch. he looked awkward against branco, struggled a little with pittman. hes good, hes exciting but i dunno if hes really underrated ...

Everyone has overlooked Diaconu though.......I think Pascal wins again but it wasn't an easy fight the 1st time.....what if he wins then does Chad fight him or do we have a trilogy?

i personally dont see the rematch going much different, but since diaconu was so inactive b4 maybe he can bring something new with that rust off him ... it was a great back in forth fight, if the rematch is as good and we all kno it would sell well in montreal then i'd like the triology if pascal were to lose. but like i said i expect pascal to win ... diaconu's too short for the division, mid range/inside fighter or not seems liek a big disadvantage ... strong guy tho

Diaconu is a bit 1 dimensional and though strong should move down to 168......I expect Pascal to win and face Dawson where he might be hesitant to trade due to what I believe will be a significant size advantage for Dawson. So he will box and lose to the superior skilled fighter in a competitive fight.

If he needs to, Dawson will fight differently. He can be offensive which he showed against Harding, Adamek, and Glen Johnson I or he can be defensive; Glen Johnson II fight and both Tarver fights.

Pascal does not have Johnson's defense, and you can bet you will see a much different Dawson than the one you saw against Glen Johnson.

Dawson is offensively one of the best boxers in the sport and throws combinations like a throw back fighter. While everyone has talked about his lack of concentration and question his chin, no one has ever doubted his offense. You should really watch more of Dawson.
