They are both very good.

Cotto hooks, jabs and uppercut out of it, manny only uses ii in his straight form, but very effectively

Do you mean hard as in powerful or hard as in painful?

I think Manny Pacquiao has the more powerful left since it's so fast you can't see it coming. It has strength enough for a surprise KD or a one shot KO if landed in the perfect spot.

Cotto has the more painful left since you can see it coming and it hearts like hell. It's not a KO punch, but more of a chopping punch that saps your strength and breaks you down.
