Cotto Pacquiao will look like Barrera vs Hammed

After watching and analysing styles, circumstances, skills and odds, I see this fight looking like Hammed-Barrera. Cotto being Barrea and Pacquiao being Hammed.

Barrera and Cotto
Better boxing skills
Great Jabs
Great body Punchers
both left hookers
Great timming
both have very good right hands
severly underrated.

Pacquiao and Hammed
Both lefties
great reflexes
great speed
quick feet
great straight left hand
can punch hard with both hands
severly overrated


I see this fight, looking like this because of the reasons above. Cotto will start slow like always, maybe losing the first 2 rounds while he times Manny's stuff. After Cotto times Manny, he will start outboxing manny n the middle of the running hitting Manny with hard jabs and counter right hands, then in the 4th and 5th rounds after Cotto realizes that he is teh better boxer of the 2. He will still be counterpunching but moving forward behind his jab and left hooks to the body. Manny the 6 manny will be hurt and somewhat rethreating but still puncuing back whenever he can. By the 7 he will be totally broen down and in the 8 he will be TKOd by Cotto!!

Pac is not sloppy like Hamed and is much faster. He doesn't wait for 1 punch KO's with his left hand either. Cotto will not rest on picking Manny apart one countering combo at a time. No way we get a mirror image fight.

I have Cotto as my #2 fav fighter, but I have to say Manny has been looking more polished technically than Cotto.

Cotto is no slouch in terms of boxing ability, but as of now I'd say Manny has every advantage except size and strength. Two factors which may or may not get Cotto the W.

Im not saying a mirror image of the fight. But a lot of similarities, Cotto will be outboxing Pacquiao in the middle of the ring and hammmerin him on the ropes, like barrera did against hammed.

Not that will go 100% the same, but a lot will be similar!!!

Maybe is unfocused at times but he's training ahrd. Hamed was unfocusued even for training and looked bad in sparring.

Go on youtube and search for little prince big fight. Watch how he was playing pool, hitting a speed ball with power only and just chilling in Las Vegas. He relied on his power too much and was down.

Cotto had a nasty cut and coudnt see the right hand comming, the uppercuts are a debility Cotto have, but manny doesnt throw uppercuts!!
