Realistic isn't a word that Haye fans will understand.
I watched an internet stream and there were a bunch of them in the chat who laid money on Haye knocking out Valuev inside of 3 rounds and even a couple who put sizeable wagers on Haye to end Valuev inside of 1 round.
If the fight is in London I see the ref DQ'ing Ruiz fr holding in the 9th round of a fight where Haye is exhausted, has been knocked down and is initiating all the clinches himself.Comment

Ruiz was fighting a bum last Saturday, but he showed a nice jab and was not relying on clinches that much. I'm not saying he's P4P because of that, but with his experience and a different gameplan, Haye could definitely be surprised.Comment

in the second half of the fight - ruiz seems to be a bit underrated by some.
ruiz has been in the top 10 HW's for a long time now and has fought some of the best, you don't get to the position hes in by being cannon fodder. imo he is vastly more experienced and has a few tricks up his sleeve.
i cant see him being KO'd with one shot but i dont expect him to see th 9th round against haye.Comment

The place in which the fight takes place could also be a factor, but nevertheless it's an interesting bout.Comment

It is pretty funny that Haye fans think he answered all the stamina questions simply because he was able to walk around a boxing ring in circles without throwing punches for 12 rounds.
If Haye tries to knock out Ruiz early it will be a bigger mistake than going after Carl Thompson.Comment

Win by decision sure Haye can easily out point Ruiz, not a sure thing but I think Haye will most likely win if it goes 12. One man has knocked out Ruiz and he has fought a whole host of quality heavyweights, I am pretty sure Ruiz will not get taken out by Haye.
Ruiz is a quality fighter even if he is boring, I think I would favor Haye but I would not be shocked by a Ruiz win.Comment

Ruiz isn't going to let Haye fight at a pathetic pace only throwing 20 punches per round. He is going to apply pressure and he should be able to land punches because Haye's defense is average at best.
