    people with double-standards....

Ok so I see some people on here that thought Valuev won... ok but then I also see them saying Dirrell won in the Froch fight. I got no problem with people thinking Dirrell won because I to thought he won. I had Dirrell and Haye winning, simply because they both boxed better, connected more and got hit less. Hit and not get hit thats what boxing is all about.

Froch and Valuev pretty much did the same thing, slowly plod forward punching air and pretty much miss with every punch they threw. So how can people judge two fights so differently? For someone to have Dirrell and Valuev winning just kinda defies logic, I mean that means you judge the fights completley different. either you award points for aggresion and pushing the action or for how well one boxed and actually connected with punches.

I can live with people who think Valuev and Froch won, they would be idiots but atleast they wouldn't be idiots with double-standards...

The only logical explanation I have come to, is that its just biased americans who hates the UK and hates British fighters.

For you who think Valuev and Dirrell won explain what made you judge two so similar fights so differently? And for the rest of yall what do you think of this?

Haye vs Valuev was a clear Haye victory as Valuev landed about 4 punches all night.

Froch vs Dirrell was a much tougher fight to pick a winner. I don't have a problem giving it to either fighter by a point/round. (Unfortunately for Dirrell a draw in rounds gives Froch the victory).

I say that because Froch was doing at least decent work at some points and did land a couple of really good shots in the fight that had Dirrell in trouble. Especially the big left hook that buckled Dirrell's legs and had him holding on.

You also have to factor in Dirrell giving away around 3 rounds by holding on for dear life. Like Williams said "You can't leave no doubts".

Both Haye and Dirrell won their fights.

Dirrell was busier and more efficient against Froch, even when on the run.

Haye threw 10 punches a round for quite a few rounds.

        There's the difference.

I really don't have a problem with Haye winning, or more accurately, Valuev losing (I had it 114-114 myself). But trying to compare two fights, unless they prove to be the exact same fight, is rather pointless.
