Sans the boxing writers take on this fight, here are the ones that got me:

    Knowledgeable:

"If Cotto can slow the fight, hit Pac with lead rights, he will be good. I believe Pac will have too much activity, and cuts will play a role in a Pac victory" - Lee Evans, Wide Receiver, Buffalo Bills

    Sensible:

"Both have no quit. Basically it's Pacman's speed and angles vs Cotto's powerful body shots and boxing skills. Two things to watch, if Cotto's cut above eye opens. And does Cotto's new trainer get him fighting sharper than he did against Clottey? This one will go down with the classics. If Cotto's on he wins, if not Pacman." - John Leguizamo, Emmy-Award Winning Actor from Moulin Rouge, Ice Age, Collateral Damage and Assault on Precinct 13.

    Funniest!

"Manny Pacquiao's nickname is 'The Mexicutioner.' He's beaten more Latinos than the police. Pacquiao...unanimous decision." - George Lopez, Comedian, Actor, and Host of Lopez Tonight!

    The most inspirational:

    I can almost see it
    That dream I am dreaming
But there's a voice inside my head saying
    "You'll never reach it"

    Every step I'm taking
    Every move I make feels
    Lost with no direction
    My faith is shaking

    But I gotta keep trying
Gotta keep my head held high

There's always gonna be another mountain
I'm always gonna wanna make it move
Always gonna be a uphill battle
Sometimes I'm gonna have to lose

Ain't about how fast I get there
Ain't about what's waiting on the other side
    It's the climb

    The struggles I'm facing
    The chances I'm taking
    Sometimes might knock me down
    But no, I'm not breaking

    I may not know it
But these are the moments that
    I'm gonna remember most, yeah
    Just gotta keep going

And I, I got to be strong
    Just keep pushing on

'Cause there's always gonna be another mountain
I'm always gonna wanna make it move
Always gonna be a uphill battle
Sometimes I'm gonna have to lose

Ain't about how fast I get there
Ain't about what's waiting on the other side
    It's the climb, yeah!

There's always gonna be another mountain
I'm always gonna wanna make it move
Always gonna be an uphill battle
    Somebody's gonna have to lose

Ain't about how fast I get there
Ain't about what's waiting on the other side
    It's the climb, yeah!

    Keep on moving, keep climbing
    Keep the faith, baby
It's all about, it's all about the climb
Keep the faith, keep your faith, whoa
    - "Hanna Montana" star Miley Cyrus

          Cotto by KO

If Manny would've fought Shane/Clottey/Judah/Margarito with loaded gloves. There is no one that would've picked him to go 3-0 like Cotto did. If Cotto beat DelaHoya and Hatton in his last two fights and Manny beat the aforementioned fighters at 147 everyone would say Manny by KO. This is why I believe Cotto wins by KO. He will neutralize Manny's speed and hit him like he's never been hit before to the body. Cotto by KO with a punch to the body!!

Ricky's prediction: doesn't matter who wins, as long as I have my guinness while watching the fight

i dont think that he will get slaughtered, that is a fight that needs to be seen. Marquez/Pac @ 140 for pac title.....

Most of those who rooted for Cotto picks him for UD! His power therefore is questionable. Since this is just their opinions, can't just wait to find the truth 'til 14 November!

Most of these people sound like frontrunners who don't know **** about boxing.

They're basing it on the Hatton and Oscar fights. Big mistake.

There's a lot of vague picks by the celebs lol, but that's expected.

I told people right after Pac KO'd hatton the way he did people's perceptions of Pacquiao were gonna sky rocket. You're seeing it right now. Unfortunately, the majority of those people don't really know much about Boxing more than seeing one guy hit another and being "Oohed"

BHop shut the critics up in '01, I see Cotto doing the same this Saturday.
