Mate, get as many of his fights as you can. The Dawson fight wasn't so good because Adamek was drained as **** at 175. The knockdown was a good one but Dawson recovered OK after some holding.

Watch the fights against Bell, Briggs, Cunningham (must see), Banks and Golota.

Not really at all. Adamek has speed and puts combinations together beautifully. Froch has neither speed nor good combination punching abilities.

Adamek also actually keeps his hands up and uses some forms of defence.

Adamek is much more technically sound than Froch. In terms of aggression and power they are similar, but that's about it.
