Pac has always fought the best, as evident by his fighting Miguel Cotto this Saturday. No way you can argue Floyd's resume as better in my opinion.

Rather have a fighter take chances and suffer a few losses than protect zero losses. I think Mayweather came out of retirement for no other reason than to fight Pacquiao, so this question will be answered.

People are forgetting something here. Mayweather has never lost.

If we're adding people like David Diaz to the resume lists, please add the following:

                Sharmba Mitchell
                Arturo Gatti
                Demarcus Corley
                Phillip N'Dou
                Emmanuel Augustus

                Thank you

Why did the OP just realize just now? Its obvious to most people that Pac has a better resume! Most people have also known it for a while. May i ask you why you JUST realized it?

So Floyd Mayweather Jr. should beat a shot Morales twice, David Diaz, and dominate Barrera, and then his resume is good as Pac's?

Looking at Pac's resume, I see two wins over Marquez... That's incorrect, they fought a draw and SD (HIGHLY controversial) for Pac. He lost to Morales who was already washed up, and was KO'd twice.

On paper, Pacquiao's resume looks impressive, but when you watch the fights it's obvious Pac's wins over Morales are meaningless and his "win" over Marquez is a scam. Pac's best win is still Barrera years ago. That's his truly legitimate win over a top fighter. The rest, bleh...
