David Haye, a plus for HW boxing.

after watching this fight, and coming on this forum, i read a lot of things i unfortunately expected, attention seekers.

    "Valuev was robbed"

    "Haye is a little girl"

"Wlad is 1m times better than Haye"

now im NOT a David Haye fan, however, i am also honest and respectful of all fighters, so why people make such daft comments is beyond me, i suspect there are a lot of children on here.

Haye did win, quite convincingly in my opinion, his movement was sharp, the punches he did throw (and yes, there were not many) connected.

His speed allowed him to dodge most shots coming from Valuev.

He came close to felling the tree in the last

he kept creditable composure, and listened intently to his corner.

He managed to do all this with an injured hand - and before people say he's lying about it, i saw it on TV this morning and it is in a bad state.

So, as a fan of the sport, and someone happy to give praise when due, i sincerely congratulate David Haye on his deserved victory.

Oh and trust me, this will do wonders for the HW division, as a fight with either Klit brother will create the buzz that the division so desperately needs.

Onwards and upwards for David Haye, and more importantly, the sport in general.

Sat night was good for boxing.

      Great post +rep

It annoys me how biased and immature a lot of people are here.

They dont look at boxers subjectively, its either i do like you so your good, or , i hate you, so everything you do is sh** and crticised.

      Pathetic childs mentatility

Sadly the immature comments will continue, with all fights. Having said that, there are also some wonderful assessments on this forum, many of which i regard more highly than 'professional journalists'

its just the few that taint the masses.

just because people on here say it was a boring fight -- which is was -- and believe haye is overhyped doesnt mean they are immature or disrespectful or whatever you said...

it was just a painful fight to watch until the final 2 rounds...even then, it was more of a freak show than a boxing match...

if haye wants to be taken seriously he should be fighting adamek at cruiserweight...

no disrespect, the K brothers will chew him up and spit him out...and for all intents and purposes end his "heavyweight" career...and that is pure objectivity...i dont care for haye or the K brothers much at all...

id love to see a haye-adamek fight though!
