    Terry Norris's best fight?

I've heard that this guy was about as skilled as anyone could ever be.

I was just reading Rold's article on the top 20 154 pounders of all time (hence the flood of threads about 154 or the fighters in there), and it said that on his best day, he looked Ray Robinson good.

I'm ready to experience this kind of shock and awe at how good a fighter can be. Will you please give me an idea of what fight I should watch that will truly show what a fantastic fighter Terry Norris was?

    Boxing clinic:

    Norris vs Brown II

    Quick finishes:

    Norris vs Mugabi
    Norris vs Lally
    Norris vs Blocker

There are bigger Norris fans than me that can probably point you to the best Norris performances but I'd start with these. Very impressive performances indeed.

He took apart SRL granted Leonard wasn't in his prime. He knocked out John the beast Mugabi (the knockout artist), that was crazy when it happened.

The Norris-Brown rematch was probably the most masterful performance he had ever put on, he was just masterful ( as opposed to the first fight where he foolishly brawled with Brown). He displayed every ability that he had, and a few times it looked as if Brown was going to quit because he was so frustrated. I would also suggest the Mugabi rematch (even though Mugabi was shot) and his fight against Curry.

Even though Norris had an extremely weak chin (he was even getting rocked by jabs in the first Simon Brown fight), it wasn't a factor when he used his brain because his defense could be very good. He was one of the best technitions i have ever seen and had some of the best foot work.

Norris was excellent at times. Everyone should check him out if they haven't done so already.
