Unless the division becomes incredibly deep and Dawson somehow manages to find himself in an era comparable to that of Michael Spinks', the only way he will become an ATG is if he cleans out the division and dominates it for the forseeable future.

Well he can clean out the division and that means beating Pascal, Diaconu, and Cloud who are the only real contenders in the LHW division. If some of the SMW boxers move up such as Bute, Dirrell, Froch, etc and he beats those guys I think Dawson should be considered one of the top 20 LHW's.
