That sounds right.
Cruiserweight as a division basically started in 1979.
The issue becomes the weight limit increase from 190 to 200 in 2003
So it's a weird thing.

Some other guys such as Juan Carlos Gomez have won titles. Gomez won WBC International Title and I am sure others won minor belts but not the major ones.
There have been more than a few guys who won light heavy titles then heavyweight titles.
