Pac-JMM 3 is dead. Even if Pac loses in Nov he and JMM will both want a safer comeback opponent than each other. That **** won't happen. And Mr boat buyer will never fight SSM. I wasn't trying to argue who it benefited more, etc. What I was trying to do was say that Manny is not the only person that can be pointed at for fighting fighters out of their preferred weights.

Since you've mentioned it though, I'll say that the Oscar fight clearly benefited Manny because he was a growing fighter and Oscar was drained coming down even by one weight, and it was the manner by which he drained himself.

Is that Manny's fault? No way. Like you said, Oscar called the shots.

I agree with what you are saying though about the 2lb on Cotto, its not the same as dragging the LW champion of the world up almost 2 weight classes. That sounds more and more ridiculous everytime I say it. Wow...
