At the 1:40 ish mark his left upper seems to have improved.


Manny is still making mistakes at this point in training.

You can hear Buboy say (well sort of sing) "Wag na wag mong gawin" which means "Do NOT do that". That's worrying.

The trajectory of that uppercut isn't as round as this ones.

That uppercut was thrown from afar. This one (the new one) Is thrown from up close.

Manny didn't really have this kind of uppercut before. His uppercuts were sort of chasing uppercuts thrown from afar, or if they were thrown near they didn't have as much wind upas this new one does.

They're both standard...but this new one has more wind up and is thrown from up close.

The one against 3k was thrown from a far.

And his previous left uppercuts that were thrown from up close didn't have the same kind of wind up as this one.

It's like the difference between Manny's right hook when fighting Velasquez and Manny's right hook when fighting Hatton.

They're both standard right hooks, but The one against Hatton had more form in it than the one against Velasquez.
