The way Fedor executed that counter, looked Tyson-esque to me

I started using kettlebells after working out with a Russian cat in Miami.

The Russians focus much more on functional strength and fitness. Americans work out for beach muscles.

the **** that gets me is when he has someone on the floor, and then he just charges down at them with a punch.he does that **** quick as ****.

I thought Brett Rogers did well to be as inexperienced as he was.

With his long reach, power, and surprisingly fast hands, he should have lit Fedor's face up.

That was a NIIIICE jab that broke Fedor's nose. But (like Haye) he just didn't throw enough.

I'de like to see Rogers take off a bit of weight and be a bit quicker. But i think BR gives any heavyweight in the world problems.

                ...heck, he gave Fedor problems.

same here....anyone that can break AND cut a nose with one jab is pretty impressive.

that left hook/uppercut in the first round was soooo fast. the speed of this fat man is unbelievable and threw a guy who is 30-40 pounds heavier with ease.
