Yes they but u think those fights would attract more fans??? Meanwhile there was an MMA fight which was on national TV that was pretty enterraining.. Bottomline is boxing needs the casual fans and even more so now that they have a competition in MMA..

I thought Dawson looked very good last night. It was a dominate performance, but obviously not one on the level of Calzaghe-Lacy, Jones-Toney, etc. He did a much better job of getting in and out of range and did a better job of picking his shots.

People have been critical of Dawson's opposition, but in reality, until the fairly recent arrival of Tavoris Cloud and Jean Pascal, 175 was an old man's club. He's closed the chapter on both Tarver and Johnson and will look to fight Hopkins or Pascal next.

If Dawson doesn't fight any of the younger and hungrier fighters in the division soon, then he should be criticized. Until then, some need to ease up a bit.

The only thing that get me is the ones who are saying Haye won feel Dirrell lost. That's to funny to me. I had both Haye and Dirrell winning. As for Chad he fought smart and showed a lot of skill.

I didn't like Dawson though. He got hit many times to the face and couldn't counter effectively. He also seems to manage his stamina a little too much for such a young man. I was hoping he would be the fast aggressor this time... Oh well lets hope he's better next time.

All haters who don't at least try to make a point an downright hate on a fighter sometimes not even taking the time to watch the fights are on my ignore list anyway. I advise you to do the same.
