Agreed... like Berto and Ortiz he is just manufactured. I accept these guys are good fighters but Berto has been allowed to sit on a WBC belt fighting 135/140lbers for $1M+ paydays...

Don't worry Berto's gonna get it from Sugar in Jan. And the comparisons are perfect. The only reason Ortiz quit first is cuz' he got put in tough first.

Dawson is the top dude at 175 no doubt until proven otherwise and looking at the competition it could be a good spell before someone gets at him. To me the whole issue with Dawson was that he was very inconsistent, in this fight he did his thing for pretty much the whole fight except for a couple spots (and the other guy is comming to win too so that can be forgiven).

Dawson is a far superior technical fighter to Taylor and I would say he is much smarter in the ring. The difference between Dawson and Berto is that Dawson is the man at 175 proving it against Adamek, Tarver x 2, and Johnson x 2 (beating Collazo is nice but does not stack up) and Ortiz that is probably the most foolish comparision I have seen in a good while on this site.
