Who is he scared of? He signed to fight Diaconu who baked out 10 days before the fight. HBO wanted the Johnson fight. Gary Shaw wanted Cloud to be on the undercard and his team rejected that. Now Cloud has nobody to fight in a while.

Dawson wants to fight Pascal and Hop. Wants to be part of the super 6.
