Yeah they don't want to face boxers at their best. They ask for this ****** catchweights and then put this ****** 1 million for every pound over 145 stipulation to put even more pressure on Cotto to make the weight.

Hey I think it was cotto terms wanting it 145- so the only person to blame is Cotto himself. He can still make 147 if he like if he can't make that weight he doesn't belong in that division. Plain and simple
