Says on the BBC website that Haye "Haye, who was unable to wear his belt because it was being resized to fit him, sported a badly disfigured hand after breaking it in the victory over Valuev."

Looks like the workrate question is cleared up then.

They are going to have to match Haye up very carefully from this point on if they want him to keep that belt for any length of time.
      that isn't Haye's style, he'll take risks.

I fancy him to KO Wlad, Wlad has never faced someone with Haye's speed and dare say his power.

I've seen a picture of him and David Coldwell posing for a picture with the belt in Germany, Haye's knuckles are badly bruised and two of fingers were taped up.

I'm sure Haye is delighted his madatory is an old, slow has been like Ruiz. He can milk his belt and earn another few million, avoiding guys who would very likely knock him out like Chambers, Arreola, Solis, Povetkin, Boystov, Tua...

just wondering how, after having 1 fight in two years, and just about being in the top 25 in the world on boxrec, you feel that it will be a case of Haye ducking/avoiding Tua? he isnt even in with a shout of getting a shot and shouldnt be

Ruiz has slowed but he's going to give Haye some problems.
