Paul Williams lacks power like Chad, and he's still an action fighter.

Dawson, P4P has more power than Williams IMO. And I think Williams would be stopped by Dawson.
I know Paul Williams is not the most powerful puncher, but at least we've seen a couple of dramatic one punch KOs from him against Quintana and Kolle. Dawson couldn't even knock down the bums that he fought except for Gardner, and even that was a stand up stoppage. I actually think Williams hits harder believe it or not. Especially when he catches someone from the outside with full extension on his punches. He used to be an arm puncher like when he fought Margarito and Quintana. He's sitting down on his punches a lot more.

And, you think P-Will is that guy that could threaten Dawson?

I admit that it wouldn't be my first choice. I'm just saying that it's not out of the realm to discuss the match up. Didn't Dawson call Paul out at one time?

Ehh, it's possible. It's possible that Williams is more heavy handed, but Dawson's speed can catch you with somethin you don't see coming. And Dawson is also just more of a precision puncher.

The only way P-Will is a threat to Dawson. Is if Dawson is drained from makin 168. If Dawson is a 100% he is wins.

Um Williams has a better stamina and workrate than Dawson, but that's about it. Dawson is much better defensively, FASTER, and most importantly can fight at a higher weight class. The reason Williams would lose is because he would lose speed trying to fight at LHW or SMW.

and for someone with no power he sure had Tomasz Adamek ready to go after one punch, i think what ya'll meant is ''Dawson lacks the killer instinct'', which i agree on
