I feel the ts on if Cotto wins,so what,I feel he is supposed to win also, but he has got to get credit for this because of the people that actually think he will lose!!Cotto is a pretty technical fighter,as a matter of fact his only bad habit is when he gets backed up by bigger guys!!But Pacman ain't bigger so.....................!!

If Cotto wins I believe he simply did what he was supposed to do against a fighter he should have beat. He will get a little credit from me but the real credit he receives is from casual fans and a bit more "well known" which will help his appeal.

      Does anyone agree or disagree?
      Couldnt agree with you more.

cotto will win this fight by tko and he wont receive to much credit from me because I do not see this fight as a 50/50 fight. He is better than pac at every department at welter except for speed.

p4p pac is ranked higher than cotto for good reason but the fight is being fought at welter a real weight class that cotto has proven himself in and not an the mythical world of p4p.

If pac were able to pull off the upset it would be truly a great victory against a one of the best welterweight in boxing today.

I think that would be the case if the guy fighting Cotto wasn't Pacquiao. The hype around Pacman is so big that there are people that don't even give a chance to Cotto winning the fight. Cotto will win the fight and Pacman's team will come up with a million excuses to try and explain why he lost. Mayweather will never fight Cotto nor Mosley, but maybe after seeing Pac lose he'll sign a fight with him.

That statement is exactly my point. Pacquiao is doing something that is similar(but not the same)as what Ali did. He is becoming HUGE for the things he does outside the ring because he deals in politics, he does movies, cameos, commercials, sitcoms, singing, late night television interviews and he beat the most well known boxer of the last 20 yrs in HOYA. He is becoming a household name.
Now all that will not help Pac in the ring but when he loses it will give Cotto recognition to the casuals.

Your mistaken Cotto's still out for redemption and defeating Pac would be a huge stepping stone since they consider him the so called #1 P4P fighter n all.
