Well well well, if we didnt know boxing was fixed then over the past few weeks we do now, I watched the fight with a fellow ex boxer, I have to admit he was the one that won the ABA's not me.
We both thought after 8 rounds Haye needed to win by KO to get any kinda result, so when we listened to the judges score cards being read out we thought they had been kind to Haye gifting him a few rounds, I honestly cant see how they gifted Haye that fight, he was negative through out and rarely engaged, Valuev at least pressed the fight and tried in vane to make a fight of it. And please dont let the British media try to tell us that Valuev was hurt in the last as Stevie Wonder could see he slipped.
I am English and feel terrible for Valuev, once I heard that Golden Boy had their claws in I thought we might be in for some ****e, and look who Haye fights next! John Ruiz lol, ah well it wont belong before he faces Vitali and gets put to sleep Hide style.
I have never been a fan and you can see why, another tool bag like Froch, fooking luck boxes, enjoy your 5 mins of fame.
As I was leaving my mates house the promo for pac vs cotto was on and we both agreed at least that will be a proper fight.
So my condolences are with Dirrell & Valuev.
