    Weight Lifting

I weigh 135lbs but my max is only 130lbs is that good? If not what exercises can I do to improve? Also what natural supplements can I take (not steroids) to help?

Wrong section, this should be in the training and nutrition forum.

Do you mean bench press? If so nope, sorry dude. The unwritten rule is that if you can bench more than your weight, your "considered" strong. Just work on it dude and dont take too long breaks inbetween sets. Take like 30 second breaks then go again for 4 sets. About the supplements, nothing really can help you have "quick" strength, it just improves incrementally as you add more weights. So just work hard and good luck dude !

Yes I meant bench press and thanks for the advice. I'm taking whey protein but I don't know if that really helps.

Isn't it like 75% of your body weight that is considered average.
