I didn't catch the hand break revelation, but I did an earlier post today about his breaking his hand as the only way I saw him not winning it.Comment

It was an impressive shot, Haye has some serious power for him to be able to stun a man with that much of a size advantage over him. He fought the right cautious fight, there was no need for him to wear himself out here pressing for the ko.Comment

LOL you must be psychic. Haye breaking his hand is the only reason other than Valuev's size, for him to fight so cautiously. Slightly disappointed in Haye for not pressing the action. But, oh well, at least he won.Comment

That looked like it was behind or under the ear. Those are types of shots that can trouble anyone, regardless of how good their chin is. I remember Shannon Briggs hitting Ray Mercer with a shot to the side of the head [I forger exactly where], and it was very obvious that the shot was not brutal because it was hard, it was brutal because of where it landed.Comment
