7 rounds to 5 Haye. This could go either way and Haye is an idiot. Too much wasted movement, should have used that energy to try and hurt and K.O Valuev.

Valuev won, Haye should have went after Valuev more and he likely could have taken him out.

Other heavies stood and fought with Valuev, Haye ran the whole fight. Bad strategy.
