Roy Jones was dominant based on athletic ability and reflexes......Floyd was dominant due to being technically superior and defense......seeing that Roy was fighting at the heavier weightclass, and making the majority of his opponents look like chumps....advantage Roy Jones Jr!!!!!!!!!

Roy reign as P4P king was longer than Floyd. So by longevity I will give to Roy. But, overall resume from top to bottom Floyd is better.
