From the media reports, they kinda make him out to be an underdog.

But looking at the sports odds, he's nearly 3-1 favourite to win. So his actually the favourite to win.

Everyone who watches boxing knows Valuev is just a giant who can't really fight and has a blown up record....Haye is a world class athlete with speed, power, and skill....so Haye as he is should be favored.....but if you think he is getting a ko you are dreaming. That would be like a 100lb 15 yr old female acrobat koing a 200lb flabby grown man who is a drunk.....she is a better physical specimen but it isn't going to happen.

Valuev will be a very good win for Haye. He weighs over 100 pounds more than Haye, is almost a foot taller, and is fighting on his home turf. Stop with the hate.

100 pounds lighter... almost a foot difference... fighting on Valuev's turf... haye having only one heavyweight fight against a past monte barrett... david haye with a heavier weight... i would say that would equal an underdog.

Not saying the guy doesnt have the skills, he does. but skills only go so far when you get chin checked by a 7 foot tall HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION. I hope haye wins. his style suits my interest more.

Haye is the clear betting favourite. Valuev's only chance is he withstands the early pressure and wears out Haye, hopefully landing some shots and testing that brittle chin.
