Good to see this kid go the distance. He has been put in there with bums, to put it bluntly, up to this point.

      Great Fight

Went to this fight last night, and Thurman proved that he has what it takes, Barros was very game and put alot of pressure on Thurman. Thurman did not back down and stood his ground with great boxing and turned up the power in the later rounds dropping Barros in the 7th with very heavy body shots. Looking forward for Thurman to break through after this tough test. Very exciting and entertaining fighter. I take my hat off to Barros he was taking alot of shots that would have put alot of other guys on thier ass, he's one tough kid. Cant wait to see Thurman in the future.

Barros has a chin made of cement. I think Keith might have been able to finish Barros off with body shots in the 8th, but he had to just take what was there. Great fight for Keith though in going the distance. At least now he knows that not everyone is going to hit the ground the second he catches them........

Thanks for supporting the show BTW.......

Barros is a stand up guy. He always gives it everything he has. He gave a very good accounting of himself and has nothing to be ashamed of. He's welcome to fight on my shows anytime, and I wish more fighters were like him........
