Calzaghe, because he can land it at will, extremely accurate with it. Cotto's jab is powerful, but he's obviously a big puncher which doesn't mean his jab is the best just because he's got power behind it. Pacquiao really doesn't even have a jab, he uses it more to find his range rather than try to land it.

Cotto has the best jab. He uses it in different ways. To time and nullify his opponents speed, if they are fast, like Moslely, in which he landed 98 compared to Mosely's 71, helping him to win that fight.

He uses it as a range-finder, and to pop-shot his opponent in the face, aggrivating them and hurting them. (see Clottey's 1st ever kd by a very well timed Cotto jab,) he caught Clottey being a bit off-balance and kocked him on his ass for the first time ever. And Clottey has a great chin! I give Clottey his due. He's a big tough sombitch, but Cotto's jab sent him down.

He also uses it to set up the straight right, and the left hook to the body. He makes 110% use of that strong snappy jab, and it's one of the best tools in Cotto's arsenal.

Judging from his most recent mit work, Manny's jab has impressed me lately...very fast, with a little pop..

but even so... I'll roll with Cotto on this one.. more force behind his jabs. He knocked down Clottey with a jab.

Zags... i mean he usually uses other shots.
