    Dawson takes this.

    I'm taking bets.

Dawson is too smart to let himself get in a gun fight again so I doubt he will be lurking on the inside for too long like last time. You can expect Chad to throw combinations from the outside, side step and then throw a one/two combo and move out the way. Johnson stops and goes into defensive mode when attacked. I think Chad will try to be first to prevent Johnson from getting into an offensive groove.

Problem with Chad is that sometimes when he finishes a combo, he doesn't keep his hands up so Johnson could very well catch him again as Dawson steps back and away. Historically, Dawson doesn't hold when hurt and starts engaging so fireworks could happen again. But we can be sure he will be more cautious.

One thing that annoys me is how much credit Dawson DOESN'T get for the action he provided. I mean, he was giving Johnson 3-4 punch combinations. It's not like Dawson was potshotting. Yes, some were blocked, but the intention was there. He did BOX in a lot of portions, but come the **** on "boxing fans", give a ***** room to strategize. The main objective is a ****en "W". Dawson gave provided entertainment, drama AND science in their first fight.

Very much agreed. Especially about the part where Dawson tried to entertain also.. How many fighters do that now-a-days??

I think we're going to see a tactical fight with Dawson simply out boxing Johnson. I don't expect it to be anywhere near as exciting as the first fight, which is good news for Dawson.

Its just his time; and when an older come forward pressure fighters goes against a younger, quick handed boxer in a rematch ( who already knows what he brings to the table) then its usually bad news for older fighter.

To be fair; that only happened in the Johnson fight and even when he was rocked in the 10th, he immediately tied Johnson up. He just started exchanging when the referee seperated them because he needed to stand his ground.

After he got up from the Adamek knockdown, he smartly clinched and started using even more movement then he did before.

The difference in this fight will be mentality and preparation.

Dawson is prepared for 12 rounds, prepared to go the distance and get the decision. I would bet Johnson is planning on a KO, in other words, not 12 rounds.

Dawson is too smart, too fast, and too good. Even though his power hasn't been shown as great, this is the type of fight where we could be surprised by a KO or TKO from Chad, simply because he won't be looking for it.

I think Dawson's going to box smart. Johnson fights the same way every time. He's going to come forward applying pressure. Dawson's going to have to use his movement and box and I think he coasts his way to victory. After the fight people are going to say he was "running".

Chad Dawson will easily win a very wide decision over old Glen Johnson.

wasn't a bad decision.....despite being hurt late, dawson outboxed johnson and won more rounds...period. at that time, i wasn't a fan of dawson, and was actually cheering for johnson that fight. after the fight, i tried to be upset, like everybody else, but i looked at my scorecard, and the right guy got the decision.

for this fight, dawson beats johnson much like he beat tarver in both fights....

I've got Dawson winning more clearly this time.
