Had Cotto been undefeated, Pac would not have taken this fight.
Manny and Roach are counting on Cotto being damaged goods from the plaster beating and everyone knows this.

Nah, you cant count on anything in this life, apart from death. Cotto losing to Marge dont make it easier for Pac. All fighters lose, so why is it such a big deal that Cotto lost? He lost to a very good fighter. Pac, Marvin Hagler and many others losts early in their careers.

Pacs taking Cotto fight because he has basically beaten allcomers and has run out of opponents. Cotto was just next on his list.
