I will give Pacquaio the credit for beating Cotto. I didn't think he had it in him. He is a good, not necessarily great fighter. If he wants to be elevated to the level of greatness at welterweight, he has to beat Mayweather or at the very least Mosley, preferably Mayweather. Cotto should retire. Of the rounds I saw, he looked pitiful.
