    berto mosley

i think that berto better not take mosely lightly because his defence is shakey and his chin is questionable i have seen him get shook in his last few fights only problem and guys were not punchers and B level welters mosely can punch and he can match the speed of berto.

I was a fan of Berto at the beginning. I followed his fights and thought he was going to bring something to the table. Last couple of fights..testament to what Berto has to offer. Don't think he has what it takes. A paper Champ yes. True people champ doubt it. Sugar wins UD.

everyone is also not paying attention to the fact that shane will be 1 full year removed from the margarito fight, by the time this fight takes place, meaning he has gotten even older....

all that said, shane will be the favorite going in, but berto has a bigger shot to win this fight than most of you are giving him.
Seems to me that you forgot that Berto got a gift when he fought Collazo
Im not using the triangle theory but Im saying SSM hits harder and is faster than Coloz

you can't use the triangle theory....

cotto beat mosley in a close but clear decision, margarito destroyed cotto, shane destroyed margarito.

bottom line, you can't really compare fighters until they step in the ring w/ each other. that "common opponent" thing doesn't always fly.

mosley looked like ****, and was about to lose to mayorga, until something magical happened., and people were still saying he was "done" after that fight....mosley then proceeded to beat the hell outtta margarito, and now he's the best WW in the world. i still have my reservations. like i said, forced to bet, i'd bet on shane against berto, but i give berto a very good chance of winning this fight, as shane mosley is nothing special anymore, and now he's also been on the shelf for a year.
