Whenever asked what Pacquiao thinks about Cotto, he always commends Cotto by saying:

Manny Pacquiao is not taking Cotto litely. In fact, in yesterday's media blast, he said that Cotto is his biggest challenge so far and when asked if he'll KO Cotto, he said his mouth is zipped (meaning he cannot predict). It's just Roach who's predicting this or that and those pachuggers who know nothing about the sport.
