Miguel Cotto: "Pacquiao Picked The Wrong Opponent, Fighter"

WBO welterweight champion Miguel Cotto is not going to let Manny Pacquiao make history without a serious fight. Cotto plans to derail any chance of Pacquiao trying to make boxing history by winning a seventh world title in his seventh weight division. Cotto defends against Pacquiao on November 14 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. [details]

Pacquiano is a good boxer and deserves respect but r we really trying to consider him one of the greatest of all time? I hope not. Freddie Roach is banking on Pacquiano spinning Coto and throwing flurries from angles. Cotto boxing ability is underrated and he is just too strong fundamentally. Pacquiano still leaves his head open when he throws punches

Miguel's talking a lot. But no matter, it's all hype anyway. These guys have a ****load of respect for each other.

Pac never said ****. 1st time I heard him talk bad was to Mayweather not wanting to fight him..

Whenever asked what Pacquiao thinks about Cotto, he always commends Cotto by saying:

                  He's a great fighter.
I'm training real hard for him.
                  He's tough.
He's the thoughest I'll ever fight.

When asked if he'll KO Cotto:

He just jokes around saying that he will just keep his mouth shut.

Manny Pacquiao is not taking Cotto litely. In fact, in yesterday's media blast, he said that Cotto is his biggest challenge so far and when asked if he'll KO Cotto, he said his mouth is zipped (meaning he cannot predict). It's just Roach who's predicting this or that and those pachuggers who know nothing about the sport. I believe it's a 50:50 chance for both fighters but if it goes the full 12 rounds, i believe Pac has the edge. Power VS Speed, we'll know on the 14th of November.
