People who think Cotto doesn't have fast hands himself are mistaken. Cotto's speed is underrated. He hit Sugar more cleanly with power shots then anyone...that's including Vernon and Winky...those guys overmatched Shane...Cotto boxed toe to toe with him. Cotto has hand speed not on the level of Manny but it is there. I also think his timing...is the best in the game right now...which is very typical of Puerto Rican fighters. Tito had excellent timing...Cotto has it as well. Cotto times Pac perfectly flying in or out and it's done...cuz Marquez rocked him...if Cotto catches him clean...it may be disastrous!
