Im so sick & tired of seeing "Pacquiao is God", "God status" when describing Pacquiao & filipinos.

I AM A FILIPINO & TRAVEL back & forth to the states & PI.

PACQUIAO DOES NOT HAVE GOD STATUS OR IS NOT LOOK UPON AS A GOD IN THE PHILIPPINES.

Have you noticed how anytime you see or read the word "God" when talking about manny ITS NEVER A FILIPINO WRITER BUT A WESTERN WRITER.

Even Ronnie Nathanielz doesnt do that.

The Philippines is a very very religiously catholic country. We do not worship anybody as God. It is against our religion.

A God does not get criticized like manny does by journalist. Manny get criticzed often in the philippine media for his moves into politics & his wild partying days back then. That does not happen to a real god.


We treat manny just like british people treat posh & beckham & just like the americans treat brittney & michael jackson. AS A CELEBRITY.

So please, enough with the god status talk. He is not looked upon like that in a serious manner in the philippines.
