    Mozilla-What an upgrade over IE

I just switched yesterday, and I can't quit upgrading and adjusting, and tinkering.. Its crazy all the **** you can do.. Im simply amazed on how much better it is.. All the add-ons and **** are great..

Anyways.. I saw some guy said, that he was unable to view the changes he made to his username.. He spent10k e-poins or something to upgrade his name and using Mozilla didnt allow him to see it.. Whats that got to do with, and are there fixes?

Also, is there any other downsides I should know about using mozilla?

          No, Firefox is great.

I don't mess with all the plugins and stuff just the needed ones like flash player.

Mozzila fire fox is one of the safest browser out there today.

I am so greatful for the plug in AD BLOCK PLUS.

The guy who was complaining about Firefox is just n00b.

If the web was anymore dangerous, I would use no script but, I need my scripts. I need to watch videos and have access to my smileys but with no scripts enabled you are safe as phuk like a duck in water

wrong forum but we're buddies so i'm not going to be an ******* about it.

anyhow, it is that much better. i'm surprised you didn't switch years ago, mozilla has been way superior than IE. make sure you google "adblock mozilla" and download it. it blocks all the ads/advertisements (like the name implies of course) therefore avoiding spyware/******* and slow loading times (on some websites if they're graphically heavy - ads can take up some significant bandwidth at times).

well that's just the way it works, i really don't know if there are any workarounds for that since i really haven't done any research on it.

downsides? not any that i've noticed or encountered. enjoy mozilla, it makes the browsing experience that much more enjoyable. i also heard google chrome is quite good as well even though i haven't tested it.

Firefox has always been better than IE, even the ealiest versions when it was called Phoenix, then Firebird.

Anyone want a pre-configured portable version with some nice extensions installed? I put together a portable version for jazluvr449 a few days ago. It needs no installation, you just run it from wherever you want on your hard drive. It won't take over your main browser either. Unzip, click FirefoxPortable.exe.

                    FF Portable, 13.5MB (ZIPPED)

Only thing you might need to install is Flash, becase it uses a different version than IE.
