Martinez will win UD with scores of 117-111 twice and 115-113. Martinez has the right style and enough movement to do what Verno Phillips did the first three rounds against Williams, for the entire fight.

Good move for williams. He should conquer the 154 before moving to 160.

Much respect to Sergio for moving up to meet Paul at 160.

See that, Manny? You don't have to always drain your opponents.

While I agree that SM is better than CQ, Paul Williams is a much better, more focused fighter than he was in Quintana 1.

Why do people act like Paul didn't rematch Quintana immediately?

I don't know, but I bet he makes nowhere near the $650k that Paul Williams offered him.

                  He's filling out like Pacman

Paul Williams is a natural 147 my arse! He lost that Quintana fight because coming down was too hard on him. He stayed there for the rematch, easing some of the pain, and got him out quick cause he knew he couldn't go 12 full bore weight drained like that. His body is filling out now, probably only has a couple of more fights left at 154 before he HAS to fight at 160. Else he would have come on down to 154 for Martinez. 6wks was plenty of time for that.
