pac was 139 lbs and cotto was 146lbs how the hell 145 is not fair??

pac was 139lbs during the hatton weigh in.
cotto was 146lbs during the clottey weigh in.

how the hell 145lbs catchweight for pac-cotto is not fair?
some people dont give respect or credit to pac for that..

people say "pac weigh 147+ during fight night so why not fight cotto at 147 then?"
what about COTTO?!he weighs 160 during fight night.
so why not make a fight at 154 or 160 then??!

people say pac's team technique was draining his opponents.
    WHEN??!

ODLH was at 154.weighs 165 at fight night.
pac was at 135. weighs 146 at fight night.
    147 is halfway!and just right.
what do u expect pac to do?go straight to 154lbs??
nobody knows dlh was going to be weight drained that night.
    so stop bitching about it.

    pac-diaz at 135.
    pac came out 146
    diaz came out at 148.

    pac-hatton at 140
    pac came out 149
    hatton came out 152.

It's the thought of the WBO strap being put on the line. Most who have faught for/ defended their title weren't restricted of coming in at the limit of w/e division they faught at. Cotto is a pretty big WW, who is to say 2 lbs isn't gonna affect him? If it wasn't, then why the 145 pound catch weight?

I dont mind this being a catch weight fight, but dont put a title on the line and say its for a welterweight title, that aint right.

Pac was 138 when he fought Hatton.

Pac was 142 when he fought DLH.

Pacquiao was never above 142 for the official weigh in.

to me, its not so much about is it fair... its about
well im not a big fan of catchweights for one because
they are half assed challenges...like emmanuel steward said
if you wanna challenege somebody and prove your the best
dont issue a catchweight because your not fighting the full potential of that fighter, your fighting a watered down version of that fighter

if pac was soo good as everybody says he is (imma pacman fan too btw)
          then why the catchweight?

They can fight at catchweight, but it's not a fair title fight.

And Roach says he would let Pacquiao fight if Cotto comes at 147 and pays the money for missing weight, so why the catchweight if you are confident in your fighter?
