No Roy is not #1 LHW of all time. His not even in the top 5. I wouldn't put him top 10 but, if you want to make an arugment of him being in the top 10 that is fine and you really wouldn't get no argument from me. But, no way is he #1 or even top 5. And, you can not forget about the old timers that is just silly.
