All I saw was cotto using proper form and footwork that is consistent with the way he fights, its actually very good to see that he applies what he practices in the ring: hands up, good rithm, footwork etc.
Manny was looking good too but he doesnt do a lot of the sequences that are being practiced in that video, looks strong do

needless to say, not much should be assumed from these videos.

Both look good to me, although if I have one criticism, Cotto looks a bit too static at times. It means nothing though, it's just a workout.
