Cotto might put on him an enormous amount of weight after the official weight-in is completed and come to the ring on fight night around 160 lbs. This would eventully make him slower make him tire faster and Pacquiao speed and power would end up overwhelming him.

So watch out with this emphasis on "The bigger man"
Good point TS but I think they just know it's a strong advantage. i don't think they'd be reviewing Marquez/Pacquiao if they planned to just bum-rush and bully him. i think cotto will try and counter him and his size will just be an added bonus.

Pacquiao's strategy to win this fight seems more straightforward. Which is to go at Cotto and don't let him breathe and to capitalize on opportunities when he's hurt. Cotto on the other hand, just talks about how Pacquiao is untested at 147, and his wins over Hatton and Oscar were garbage. It's not hard to disagree with that, but Cotto needs a sound strategy to win this fight. Don't know if he's got it. I hope Manny breaks him in half. Cotto would've fought Hatton and De La Hoya too if he had the same priviledge as Pacquiao did. He wanted to fight Oscar if he beat Margarito. So Cotto or his fans bashing Manny for it is hypocrisy.

It is easy to disagree with it because barely anyone gave him a chance against Oscar... remember? For the simple fact that he took the risk, you have to give him credit. It was also a smart business move, you only have to look at where Pacquiao is right now and see the position he's in.

Hatton ruled 140 for almost 5 years straight. How can you say that's not a good win? Manny made them look like garbage, but they are not garbage wins by any means. There is no shame in having either of those name on your resume.
