Haye/Valuev winner must face Ruiz and Vitali will have to face Maskaev/Austin winner but that probably wont be till summer 10(If Vitali hasnt retired)So that leaves Vitali with 8 months of no one.
Theres talk of Holyfield in March but that is completely pointless.
The only possible hope is that A/Ruiz loses on Saturday or B/He gets paid to step aside and let Vitali face Valuev/Haye winner in April in a unification fight.

If Valuev beats Haye, Vitali vs. Valuev would be HUGE in Europe, and make an enormous amount of money. Sauerland will figure that out and somehow make it happen.
